• Device and log information: device model, OS, browser, IP, access time, crash and performance data for security and improvement;
• Payment information: order IDs, payment status, etc.; we do not store full card numbers—licensed payment providers handle sensitive payment data;
• Cookies and local storage: to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and support risk control.

We may use the information to:

• Create and maintain accounts, complete sign-in/registration and security checks;
• Provide, maintain, and improve GEO features;
• Prevent fraud and abuse and comply with laws;
• Provide support, announcements, and service analytics (aggregated or de-identified where practicable);
• Perform contracts and handle disputes.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share necessary information when:

• You authorize it: with partners after your explicit consent;
• Service providers: cloud hosting, email verification, payments, model APIs, analytics—bound by confidentiality and security obligations;
• Legal compliance: as required by law, dispute resolution, or mandatory regulator requests.

In principle we store and process personal information in Mainland China. Cross-border transfers, if needed, will follow applicable law. We retain information only as long as needed for the processing purpose, then delete or anonymize it unless law requires longer retention.

Where applicable law allows, you may contact us to access, copy, correct, supplement, or delete your personal information, or to restrict processing, withdraw consent, or delete your account. We will respond within a reasonable time after verifying your identity. Withdrawing consent may disable some features.

The Product is intended primarily for adults. If you are a minor, please read this Policy with a guardian and use the Product only with guardian consent.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but the internet is not absolutely secure—please safeguard your account credentials.

We may update this Policy and notify you via site notices or similar means; material changes will be highlighted prominently.
